Profile
Hailing from Queensland, Grace Harris is currently one of the best all rounders going around in Australian cricket. Stockily built, she can hit the cricket ball a fair distance and bowl some solid off breaks as well. Harris had a keen interest in cricket from a young age and got her first breakthrough with Queensland Fire in the Women’s National Cricket League.

Harris was also picked by Brisbane Heat in the 2015-16 season, a few months after she was picked as a replacement for Delissa Kimmince for Australia’s tour to Ireland. In her first Women’s BBL season, Harris smashed a century and took four wickets against Sydney Sixers, garnering attention from the cricket world. She was selected in the subsequent home series against India and went on to make her ODI debut as well.

Since then, Grace Harris has been a regular name in the Australian setup and in franchise cricket. She switched over to Melbourne Renegades for the 2016-17 season, before switching back to Brisbane. Grace Harris has also been part of the London Spirit franchise in the Hundred and UP Warriorz in the Women’s Premier League.

Grace Harris was part of the victorious Australian team in the 2022 Women’s World Cup and the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Harris was part of the squad for the 2024 T20 World Cup as well, and later for the Ashes series where they whitewashed England.
