17:18 Local Time, 11:18 GMT, 16:48 IST: Stumps on day 1 and Bangladesh are on top. Zimbabwe did well for a couple of sessions but were blown away in the final session by Taijul and Nayeem. Taijul got a fifer and Nayeem got a couple of wickets to peg back Zimbabwe. It all started after Welch retired hurt just after tea. Ervine came in and fell to Nayeem. Williams was out to a stunning catch taken by Tanzim off Nayeem. And then Taijul took over and the procession of wickets just continued. Welch came back after they were 8 down but lasted only two balls as he was bowled by Taijul. From 177 for 2 to 227 for 9, the visitors have thrown away some major advantage on day 1. The hosts will look to finish it off soon tomorrow and then will try to get a good lead. We will be back tomorrow with action from day 2. Bye bye for now...
