Sciver-Brunt | POTM: Yeah, I guess so (has she hit a purple patch?). Enjoying my batting at the moment. Feel good of myself. We always talk about the key players. We always talk about the key players - she has played a couple of brilliant innings for UPW. We put our plans in place. It's great when it comes off. On another day she might've hit it in the stands. The fight that we have in our group is brilliant. On a given day, anyone can put in a match-winning performance.
Harmanpreet | MI captain: Really happy with the result. Getting a wicket in the first over is always a plus point. Nat did everything right today. Happy with the way our medium pacers bowled. Also the way Sanskriti bowled was special to see. It's part of the game. You just need to do the right things again and again. Sanskriti's over was crucial, she turned the game around. She's very sorted in her head. She's a very experienced player and showed how much talent she had (talking about Sciver-Brunt). Pitch looked different when she was batting.

Hayley Matthews: Personally, it was a bit choppy. Having Nat at the other end, I tried to play a role and support her as best as I can. Looking at the scenario and what the team needs, I tried to put the team first. It (pitch) was a bit slow, I am a bit of a back foot player, found it a bit easier playing there and struggled a bit on the front foot. She (Nat Sciver-Brunt) has been great through the entire season so far, four big scores in four matches. She has been so consistent and the pillar of this team. Lot of confidence having her on our side and how easy she makes it look in the middle.
Deepti Sharma: We lost back-to-back wickets and if we had got a partnership, we could have got to 160-170. (On Grace Harris) Her role was to play to her strengths in the powerplay and she did that perfectly. We'll come back stronger. There are some takeaways from this loss. We need to work on building partnerships in the middle-order.
22:37 Local Time, 17:07 GMT, 22:37 IST: MI were slow off the blocks in the run-chase, but they've cruised home with three overs to spare. The boundaries started flowing for them once Sciver-Brunt came to the crease in the fourth over. She looked in brilliant touch and raced to fifty off just 29 balls, following up her effort with the ball earlier in the evening with figures of 3/18. Hayley Matthews found some form as well. She struggled early on and was even dropped when she was on 2. But eventually she found her rhythm and got to fifty as well. A match to forget for UP Warriorz who went from 81/1 to 135/9 with the bat, and it was difficult to come back from there. Stay tuned for the presentations.
Ecclestone to Kaur, FOUR, inside edge for four! Comfortable win for MI who go to the top of the table! Tossed up, drifting in on middle, Kaur looks to defend but it runs away fine off the edge
Harmanpreet Kaur, right handed bat, comes to the crease
Ecclestone to Matthews, out Caught by Vrinda Dinesh!! Ecclestone gets rid of Matthews and overtakes her on the all-time WPL wicket-takers list. Moves to the top of the charts. Tossed up, drifting in around off, Matthews steps across the stumps to work it through the on-side but this ball grips and turns off a good length. Takes a leading edge for a simple catch at midwicket. Matthews c Vrinda Dinesh b Ecclestone 59(50) [4s-7 6s-2]
Ecclestone to Matthews, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
Ecclestone to Matthews, no run, tossed up on off, driven to extra cover
Ecclestone to Nat Sciver-Brunt, 1 run, back of a length on off, Sciver-Brunt makes room and flat-bats it wide of mid-off
Ecclestone to Matthews, 1 run, 90.7kph, fired in on the pads, Matthews is cramped for room and gets an inside edge into the on-side
Ecclestone to Nat Sciver-Brunt, 1 run, good length ball on middle and leg, Sciver-Brunt goes back and whips it to deep midwicket
Sophie Ecclestone [3.0-0-22-0] is back into the attack
Timeout!
Grace Harris to Matthews, FOUR, half-tracker at the stumps again, and it's been dispatched! Matthews goes back and pulls hard through midwicket. Hits the cushions on the half-volley
