Mayank got his half-century before the break as India went to Tea at 111 for 3.

Shreyas Iyer and Mayank scored 80 for the fourth wicket before the former fell to Ajaz Patel for 18.

Mayank brought up his fourth Test ton to ensure India were able to kick on despite losing wickets.

Mayank and Wriddhiman Saha made unbeaten 61 for the fifth wicket to help India end the day on 221 for 4.
